1. Smoking Prohibition
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and indoor areas. Special areas designated for smoking must be used.
2. Noise Restriction
In order to preserve the peace and tranquillity of other guests, noise should be avoided, especially at night.
3. Maximum Accommodation Capacity
Each room has a certain maximum accommodation capacity and this capacity must not be exceeded.
4. Pet Policy
Guests travelling with pets are advised to contact the hotel prior to booking. Small pets are welcome in our hotel.
5. Loss and Damage
In case of any damage or loss occurring in the room, guests are expected to notify the hotel management immediately. Any damages to the Room or the Facility due to personal use error shall be borne by the guest.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Room cleaning and maintenance is carried out regularly. If guests have special cleaning requests, they should inform the reception. We are a property within the borders of a nature-friendly national park, room cleaning is routinely carried out every second day, but can also be done daily upon request.
7. Use of Key Cards
It is important that room key cards are kept securely and not lost. Any loss of a key card must be reported to reception immediately.
8. Exit Hours
Check-out times determined by the hotel must be observed. For late check-outs, please contact the hotel in advance. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
9. Room Rules
There is a restaurant in our facility, we kindly request sensitivity about bringing food and beverages from outside. If the key is lost or not delivered, a key fee of 30€ will be charged.
